By landing on our website and clicking that glorious "Add to Cart" button, you’re agreeing to play by our rules. These are the Terms & Conditions that govern your use of this site and anything you buy from us. They’re not exactly bedtime reading—but they’re important.
The Boring But Necessary Overview
This website is run by Sneaky Music (ABN 37 642 168 321). When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we’re talking about the Sneaky crew. This legal stuff applies to everyone who lands here—browsers, buyers, nosy aunties checking out your wishlist. If you don’t like what you read, we kindly suggest you exit stage left.
Our shop is powered by Shopify Inc., so you know the backend is solid.
Privacy & Personal Info
When you give us your deets (name, address, favourite child’s name—we kid), we treat them with care. How we collect, store, and use that info is all laid out in our Privacy Policy. Spoiler: we don’t sell your data, and we’re not creepy about it.
Your Part of the Deal
You confirm you’re of legal age (or have permission to use mum’s card).
You’ll use the site lawfully and kindly (no funny business).
If you break the rules, we reserve the right to say “bye” and block you faster than a toddler with a tambourine.
We may tweak these terms now and then. By sticking around, you’re saying “cool” to any updates.
Returns & Refunds—The TL;DR Version:
Change of Mind? Nope, no returns for that.
Faulty Stuff? Contact us within 7 days with proof. We’ll sort you with a replacement, refund, or 110% store credit. Packaging needs to be intact, and we’ll cover shipping (if it’s truly faulty).
Exchanges? Sure. You pay for shipping, and items must be unused and in OG packaging.
No Returns For: Gift cards, downloads, custom stuff, and mouthpieces. (Hygiene, people.)
