How It Works (Without the Runaround):

Processing Time
Once you hit that ‘checkout’ button, give us 1-3 business days to pack your goodies. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email the moment it’s on the move.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (Australia Only)

Standard Shipping

• $10.95 flat rate 

• Expect it in 3–7 business days. Sooner if the posties are feeling speedy.

Express Shipping

• $15.95 flat rate

• Estimated arrival: 2-4 business days. It’s our “uh-oh-I-forgot-the-birthday” option.

Express Local Delivery - North Shore Sydney Crew

• $10 flat rate, because we love our local Sydney fam

• We'll deliver straight to your door, next business day.

• If your postcode is eligible, this option will show up at checkout

Not gonna be home? No stress. Make sure there’s a safe spot for us to leave your parcel. We’ll email or text you an ETA so you’re not stuck at the window like a Golden Retriever.

Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel hits the postal highway, we’ll email you tracking info. You’ll know exactly where it is, no mystery tour required.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries
Things rarely go rogue, but if your order’s missing or shows up looking like it survived a toddler tantrum, let us know within 7 days at info@sneakymusic.com.au.

Need to Make a Change?
Typed the wrong address in a fog of sleep deprivation? Been there. Email us stat and if your order hasn’t left the building, we’ll do our best to fix it.

Shipping Delays
We’re quick, but sometimes carriers have their own vibe (aka delays). Once it leaves us, it’s in their hands - but if things get wild, let us know. We’ll help where we can.
