• Express Shipping: For faster delivery, express shipping is available at $19.95 for orders valued at $198 or less. For orders $198.01 or more, a rate of $30.95 applies.
  Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days.

Order Tracking:  

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package via the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Items:  

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sneakymusic.com.au within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Order Changes:

If you need to update your shipping address or modify an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make changes before the order is processed.
